A life coach is a professional who helps clients find clear and practical steps towards their goals. Life coaching is especially helpful for those who have recently gone through a major life transition or who are unsure of how to find consistency in their current stage of life. If you want support in finding your next step, but you aren't interested in therapy, coaching could be a great fit.
Most of my clients fall in one of two categories:
They know even abstractly where they want to go and what they want to achieve, but they struggle with consistency which causes them to become overwhelmed and stuck. They are looking for a coach to help them create sustainable momentum toward their goals.
They feel stuck in a negative cycle or bad habit that they can't seem to shake. They have tried many different solutions, but really what they need is practical, strategic coaching in how to behave differently.
Maybe you are facing a big life transition or you are tired of having the same argument with your spouse over and over again. Coaching is a great resource to help you move forward!
